Loan Terms

BRT will finance up to 85% on a bridge loan. Rates vary depending on the deal and all float over prime. Points generally range from 2-3% and there is never a prepayment penalty. Loan terms vary as well (usually one to two years) and amounts range from $1,000,000 to $75,000,000.

Many of our clients do not meet traditional commercial real estate lending guidelines and cannot receive financing from conventional lenders. BRT is mindful and understanding with all borrowers, past , present and future. As a direct hard money lender, we do not securitize any of our commercial bridge loans which allow us to provide privately financed, creative lending solutions to our clients.
